SS850

The SS850 is designed to offer flexibility for businesses wanting to step-up from “Jaw type or Impulse” bag closing sealers. Adapting to the needs of various customers, the SS850 is shipped with these standard features:

• Stainless Steel and Anodized Aluminum construction.
• Quality Variable Speed Drive Motor, providing a speed range of 25 to 475 inches per minute.
• Quality Digital Temperature Control and Electric components, 110VAC 7Amp.
• Pinch Roller System, to insure hermetic seals on Specialty and Side Gusset Bags or Pouches.
• Low cost Sealing Belts conveying the package through the sealing process.

Options

The available options for the SS850 are available as “Factory Installed” or as a Retrofit. Upgrade to your machine as your requirements change.

• Product Support Shelf. This feature can provide a simple means of locating the seal consistently on the package and help support lightweight products.
• Support Belts. This option will allow products weighing up to 2 ½ pounds to be carried through the sealing process unaided by a Support Shelf or Conveyor.
  
• Zipper Guides. These Guide plates assist the operator in locating the seal optimally on “Tear-off Pouches”
  
• SSC440 Conveyor. This Option will enable the System to package product in excess of 2½ pounds. The unit is synchronized upon attaching the (PTO) Power Take Off shaft included on the SS850 to the Gear/Shaft drive system on the Conveyor.
